The sixth-annual District A Back-to-School supply giveaway will be held Saturday, Aug. 7, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., or while supplies last.

The drive-thru venue to pick up the supplies will be The Greater Ebenezer Baptist Church, located at 1104 Poplas St. in Bogalusa. Drive thru only.

Participants cannot leave their cars and no walk ups will be allowed. Parents, please accompany your children; therefore, the child must be in the car to receive the supplies. No exceptions. Masks are required. All are welcomed.

This project is a joint effort of United Way of Southeast Louisiana, Rural Heath Behavior, Minority Health Access and sponsor Gloria Kates, Bogalusa City Council member for District A.
