On Friday afternoon, the juvenile sought for the second-degree murder of Justin Brumfield on July 10 surrendered to the Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office, according to WPSO Chief Criminal Deputy Mike Haley.

The juvenile will be housed at the Florida Parishes Juvenile Detention Facility. The homicide investigation is ongoing.
