Highland Baptist Church
Highland Baptist Church, located at 21022 Louisiana Highway 21, will welcome Bro. Bobby Ready to its church on Sunday, July 11. He will be preaching at 10:30 a.m., singing a couple of songs. He will return at 6 p.m. that night to sing.

Superior Avenue Baptist Church
Happy Campers — this year’s Vacation Bible School at Superior Avenue Baptist Church will take kids on a camping trip as we seek, trust, and follow Jesus. VBS will be Monday, July 12, through Wednesday, July 14 from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. for children ages 4 through fifth Grade. The school will start each night with a Worship Rally and then break off into four rotations: Bible Study, Snacks, Recreation, and a Surprise Rotation that will change nightly.

New Life U.P.C.
New Life U.P.C., located at 1600 Jefferson St. in Bogalusa, will be having its annual Vacation Bible School this year from Monday, July 19, through Thursday, July 22, nightly from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Come join us as we ride the waves to Mystery Island. Ages 2-12. We will have worship, games, puppets and lessons all about the One True God. Free crafts and snacks nightly. You can also pre-register online at www.myvbs.org/NewLifeUPCBogalusa.

New Bethel Church
Every week is full of activity at New Bethel Church, located at 737 Ave. F in Bogalusa. Monday at 6:30 p.m. is a Small Group Class on Prayer by Sister Mary. Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. is Wild Ones Youth Night. Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. is a Leadership and Prayer Meeting, and at 6:30 p.m. is Worship and Teaching. Thursday at 6:30 p.m. is Celebrate Recovery. Friday at 6 p.m. is Chosen Movie Night. Saturday at 6 p.m. is Karaoke Night, and Sunday at 11 a.m. is the Sunday Morning Service.

Elizabeth Sullivan Memorial United Methodist Church
E.S.M. United Methodist Church, located at 510 Ave. B, would like for residents to come and worship with the congregation. Those who are unable to attend in person can follow the service on Facebook. All are welcome.

• Worship service — every Sunday at 10:30 a.m.
• Bible study — every Thursday at 5:15 p.m. (topic is “the Sermon on the Mount).
• Children and youth activities — every Sunday from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.; movie night is every third Saturday at 6 p.m.

Love Outreach Family Worship Church
The Love Outreach Family Worship Church is distributing USDA “Food for Families” food boxes to Bogalusa and the surrounding area. Distribution will be every Wednesday at various locations. For more information, call 985-294-4587.

Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church
Children’s Sunday School and Pastor Joe Arthur’s Adult Bible class each begin at 9:15 a.m. Sunday service starts at 10:30 a.m. with Divine Worship celebrating Holy Communion every Sunday, using best practices to avoid coronavirus spread. Join our congregation as we focus upon the Holy Gospels of St. Mark and St. John throughout this next church year. Social distancing, facemasks and sanitizing is being practiced as recommended. Calvary Christian Fellowship
Calvary Christian Fellowship, located at 1240 Ave. F. in Bogalusa, is having Sunday morning services in house at 10:30 a.m., and welcomes the public to come worship. If you can’t make the service on Sunday morning, then you can watch it live streaming on Pastor Larry Lassley’s Facebook page. You can also watch on Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. on live streaming. Pastor Larry Lassley and congregation of Calvary Christian invite you to come.

Annunciation Catholic Church
Annunciation Catholic Church will be praying the Rosary every Monday afternoon at 3 p.m. in the church. Prior to the recitation of the Rosary, the group will also pray the beautiful Divine Mercy Chaplet. As noted, these prayers will be held in the church, and not the chapel as in the past. Everyone is invited to come and pray the Rosary for peace in the world and for personal intentions.
