Mrs. Jerry McDonald was born on Jan. 14, 1953, in Mt. Hermon. She transitioned from her earthly home on June 13, 2021.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Mark (Treyshawna) Perry of Tangipahoa; one daughter, JMariel Nicole (Gerald) Bunch of Mt. Hermon; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

A drive-through viewing will be on Friday, June 18, at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Franklinton, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.

The homegoing service will be on Saturday, June 19, at 1 p.m. at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Mt. Hermon, with the Rev. Kenneth Saulsberry, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery.

Crain and Sons Funeral Home of Franklinton is in charge of arrangements.
