The award continues another great offseason for Burkhalter, who put together another solid year for the Colonels.

This offseason, Burkhalter has won several awards that include being named the Southland Conference Offensive Lineman of the Year for the second-straight year.

This year, Burkhalter started all seven games for Nicholls State University. Burkhalter was part of an offensive line that blocked for the league’s top rushing team.
