Zachary Bryant Hardin, a resident of Franklinton, passed away Friday, April 30, 2021, at his residence at the age of 30. Zachary was a commercial fisherman.

Zachary is survived by his parents, Todd and Rebecca Hardin of Franklinton; his child, Aubree Hardin of Franklinton; brothers, Chaz Bourgeois of Buras, and Derek Hardin of Franklinton, and Jared Hardin of Franklinton; two sisters, Marissa Hardin of Franklinton, and Chelsey Bourgeois of Buras; grandmother, Jan Hardin of San Antonio, Texas; and one nephew, Kanton Hardin of Franklinton. Zachary is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Zachary was preceded in death by his son, Hayden Kenneth Hardin; two uncles, Russell Hardin and Charles Mitchell; two grandfathers, Acey Mitchell Jr. and Frank Hardin; and grandmother, Florence Mitchell.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home in Bogalusa on Thursday, May 6, from 10 a.m. until the funeral services at 2 p.m.

The Rev. Fred Brumfield will officiate the services, with interment to follow at Dillard Cemetery.
