Trosclair said Hooks has no fear and is the super hero of the team.

ZyQuantay Bickham tallied 10 points, five rebounds and a blocked shot.

“Out of all my guys, I’m gonna miss the most, I’m gonna miss my guy (Bickham). Great kid who will light up a room, give you his last and doesn’t back down from anyone and anything, especially adversity that’s in his way,” Trosclair said.

and two assists.

Michael Fland posted four points, three boards and six steals.

“Mr. Consistent, our team chaplain, really great person to be around all the time,” Trosclair said.

Brandon Jefferson recorded seven points and a blocked shot.

“Great kid, our comedian of the team. He will keep you laughing, also super-hard worker in baseball, but if his passion was just basketball, he would definitely be recruited somewhere,” Trosclair said.

No. 28 Varnado caps off the season at 9-8.

Fifth-seeded Franklin (27-4) has reached the semifinals and plays against top-seeded Rayville (23-2). Rayville won its quarterfinal game, 130-56, over ninth-seeded Morris Jeff Community (22-6).
