Larmond “L.G.” Godbolt

Larmond Henri “L.G.” Godbolt was born to Lamont Godbolt and Patrice Fields on July 16, 2001, in Covington.

He transitioned from his temporary life on Feb. 9, 2021.

Henri attended Bogalusa High School, where he was a member of the BHS “Big Bad” Lumberjacks’ Band under the leadership of Mr. Chad Harry.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his father, Lamont Godbolt; his mother, Patrice Fields; his siblings, Tarrik “T.J.” Roberts, Makari Godbolt, Thomahj Godbolt, Londyn Fields, Tyler Williams and Triniti Godbolt, all of Bogalusa; his grandparents, Thelma Fields and Pamela F. Bickham, and Donnie Pittman Sr.; great-grandparents, Helen Marie Williams, and Evie Fields; aunts, Adriana Williams, Denise Fields, Shirley Holloway, Brenda Godbolt, Desirae Pittman and Latoya Perkins, all of Bogalusa, Sandra Morris and Bobbie Fontenot of Slidell, Cheryl (Greg) Mason of Atlanta, Ga., and Bertha Carter of Jackson, Miss.; uncles, J.D. Godbolt Jr., Rod Fields and Parrish Holloway, of Bogalusa, Samuel White and Joseph White, both of Slidell, David White of Jackson, Albert White and Alfred Brown, both of New Orleans, and Ricky Godbolt of Los Angeles, Calif.; his special friend, Elarryca Brown of Bogalusa; and a host of other special relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, J.D. Godbolt Sr., Louise Smith Godbolt, Mary White, Joseph Thomas, and Jerry Perkins; great-grandparent, Charles B.C. Fields; aunts, Janice Fields and Barbara Godbolt (Tee Bobbie) Norris; and uncles Ellis Godbolt Sr. and Benny Godbolt.
