Franklinton’s Demons went 1-1 this week in soccer matches that were held on Wednesday and Thursday.

On Wednesday, Franklinton was defeated by Lakeshore, 6-2, in a District 7-II home game.

Daniel Bryant and Kade Lavigne tallied a goal each for the Demons.

Cole Colletti dished out one assist on a corner kick to Bryant.

Lavigne’s goal came from a direct kick by Colletti that was off the post.

On Thursday, Franklinton defeated Plaquemine, 5-0, at home in non-district action.

Eddie Roberts scored two goals to lead Franklinton.

Lavigne, Colletti and Rafael Martinez all tallied one each.

Keaton Catrett was in net for the Demons.
