Mt. Hermon’s Williams scores 24 points in win over Amite

Mt. Hermon School’s Tevin Williams scored 24 points, helping the Yellow Jackets defeat Amite, 79-63, in a road game that took place on Monday.

Williams was one of four players to hit double figures and another was close to making that number five.

Jordan Harrison tallied 19 points. He made a 3-pointer.

Michquel Spears posted 12 points that included a pair of 3-pointers.

Travell Brumfield put up 11 points.

Dewayne Smith recorded eight points.

Rashad Oatis had two points.

JaQurrian Alexander had one point.

Mt. Hermon’s next game will be on Jan. 4 when the Yellow Jackets face Springfield at home.
