Jacqueline Greely St. Cyr was born on Dec. 20, 1954, in Bogalusa, to the late William Porter Greely Sr. and Mrs. Mary Lee Thompson Greely.

After receiving her diploma from Wesley Ray High School, Jacqueline attended Job Corps in Houston, Texas.

Jacqueline worshiped at Center Baptist Church at a young age, under the leadership of Pastor Linwood Bolton Sr. and remained a faithful member until she moved out of the area. In Slidell, she worshiped at Living the Word International Ministries, and at Christian Fellowship Church in Beaumont, Texas.

Jacqueline leaves to cherish her memories: her loving husband, Albert St. Cyr of Beaumont; her dear mother, Mary Lee Greely of Angie; two sons, Medrick (Mecca) Greely of Houston; and William “Eugene” (Nina) Frazier of Slidell; one step-son, Albert St. Cyr III; two sisters, Paula Greely of Richmond, Va., and Barbara (Jerome) Williamson of Baton Rouge; two brothers, Ronnell (Doris) Greely of Locust Grove, Ga., and Kendric (Tara) Greely of Monroe, Wis.; two grandchildren, Julius Brewoter and Shamraye McQueen of Dallas, Texas; one godson, Xzavier of Slidell; a church brother and sister, her dear friends Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd (Barbara) Harris; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her father, William Porter Greely Sr.; her brothers, William Porter Greely Jr. and Paul A. Greely; her sister, Lee Edna Guest; and her grandparents.

Drive through visitation will be on Friday, Dec. 4, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa.

The funeral service will be Saturday, Dec. 5, at 10 a.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home, with the Rev. Archie McGowan officiating. Interment will be in the Thompson Cemetery in Angie.
