Pine comes up short against Hammond on the road Thursday

Pine’s Lady Raiders suffered their first loss of the season, 25-18, 25-18, 17-25, 25-19, against Hammond in a road match held on Thursday.

Reese Polk downed 15 kills and she blocked five shots.

Kalli Tullier recorded 11 kills and a pair of aces.

Makia Clark had nine kills, pulled up a dig, served an ace and she blocked two shots.

Leah Ladner posted seven kills, two aces, a dig and she blocked three shots.

Kiyahsa Clark tallied a kill and two digs.

Pine is 3-1 this season. The Lady Raiders’ next match will take place on Monday at home against Franklinton.
