Celebration of Life graveside services will be held Saturday, June 27, at 10 a.m. from the Restlawn South Memorial Park, 3201 Moncrief Road W., in Jacksonville, Fla. Dr. Marvin A. McQueen will officiate. Public Visitation for Mr. Smith will take place Friday, June 26, at Funerals by T.S. Warden, 4315 N. Main St., in Jacksonville, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Mr. Smith leaves to cherish his loving wife, Serteria Smith, and a host of family and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the memorial park at 9:30 a.m.
