Bogalusa High School’s baseball team had four seniors this season, including Joseph Ikerd, Eric Johnson, Tyrese Roussell and Jaylon Scott.

The Lumberjacks’ season was canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Each picture has the player on the right with Bogalusa coach Michael Cummings on the left.

Cummings had the following to say to his seniors:

“To the Bogalusa Baseball class of 2020,

I teach you every day that life’s not fair and we have to always keep our head up and chest out to make it in life. You got hit hard with the cancellation of your senior season but every single one of you are strong and talented enough to become whatever you want in life. I will always hold a special place in my heart for the class of 2020. Good luck in all your future endeavors and I will always be there for you whenever you need me.
