Glenn F. Smith was born in Vicksburg, Miss., to the late William Smith Sr. and Virginia Smith on Oct. 9, 1963. Glenn passed away at his home in Bogalusa on May 17, 2020.

Glenn was a graduate of Bogalusa High School’s class of 1983. He worked for Veecor Co. for more than 25 years.

Glenn leaves behind two daughters, Dominique Buckhanan (Arkera Buckhanan) of Bogalusa and Cherie Campbell of Franklinton; two grandchildren, Cay’Dience Campbell and Ethan Buckhanan; one brother, William Smith Jr.; one sister, Sandra Mitchell; a host of nieces and nephews; and a close friend, Joe Magee.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Smith Sr.; his mother, Virginia (Mitchell) Smith; and two brothers, Craig Mitchell and Daryl Smith.

A memorial service will be held Friday, May 22, at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Darrel Self, officiating.
