Sister Helen Ann Robinson was born Dec. 20, 1959, in Bogalusa, to Will and Erma Robinson. She departed this life on April 13, 2020, at the age of 60 in Covington. Helen was a loving woman with a very big heart. She was a faithful member of Sweet Beulah Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. James Magee. She was also a loving and devoted mother to two precious children.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Kyrie Brister; one daughter, Alaliyah Brister of Bogalusa; one brother, Albert Robinson of Bogalusa; three sisters, Mary Robinson and Annie Hughes, both of Bogalusa and Alfreda Harris of Dallas, Texas; one aunt, Emma Walls; special friends, Angie Kaye Laurent, Sarah Robert and Linda Holmes of Bogalusa; special nieces, Brandy Robinson of McComb, Miss., Emma Abram of Columbia, Miss., April, Shemay, Tiffany and Sharonda Roberts and Sharde Laurent of Bogalusa; special nephews, Billie Terrell Robinson of Bogalusa, Novell Baker of Picayune, Miss., and Paul Baker of Richmond, Calif.; two devoted friends, Alexander Rodriguez and Sam Pertal of Bogalusa; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and dear friends.

Helen was preceded in death by her father, Will Robinson; her mother, Erma Robinson; two sisters, Janice Robinson and Juanita Johnson; and four brothers, Wilton Baker, Willie Robins, Prentiss Robinson and Joseph Robinson. Special thanks to the Our Lady of the Angels Hospital staff and St. Tammany Parish Hospital staff.
