Annette “Net” Hawk, 62, a resident of Angie, died Saturday, March 21, 2020.

She is survived by her mother, Loucrisie Reynolds; her husband, Ray Hawk; one brother, William “Billy” Len (Tiny); four step-children, Billy Hawk, Josh Hawk, Cherokee Hawk, and Harley McQueen; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Annette never had children, but that space was filled with her “youngins” — Tabitha Jackson, Brandi, Alisha, and Aaron Easterling. She was involved in anything that her “youngins” were involved in.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ray Rowell; and her step-father, Dallas Reynolds.

Annette was a member of Pine Grove Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed any and every kind of craft — from sewing to painting. She spent most of her time enjoying her family and doing anything that she could for them. Her pets (Sophie and Misty) held a special place in her heart.

Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home & Crematory has been entrusted with her arrangements. A graveside service will be held at Pounds Cemetery on Monday, March 30, at 2 p.m. Rev. Duane Ball will officiate.
