Louis Taylor, 67, of Slidell, was called by his angels on January 31, 2020.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories: his wife Lerlyn Sanchez of Violet; five sisters, Mary Magee of Covington, Sylvia Lewis of Bogalusa, Virginia Taylor of Monticello, Miss., and Barbara Brock of Mt. Hermon; and two brothers, Shelton Brumfield of Bogalusa and Larry Blackburn of Jackson, Miss.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Geneva Taylor; father, William Brock; four brothers, Merlin Dyson, Joseph Dyson Jr., Vernie Brumfield and Guy Brumfield; and one sister, Antrenette Brumfield.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, Feb. 12, at Crain and Sons Funeral Home Chapel from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m., in Bogalusa.
