The Franklinton Krewe of Pepe has announced its king and queen for the season.

The king is Henry Harrison and the queen is Patricia Harrison, both residents of Washington Parish.

The annual Mardi Gras ball will be Saturday, Feb. 1, at Lasting Impressions in Franklinton.

The parade will be Sunday, Feb. 23, at 2 p.m., in Franklinton.
