Violet M. Butler was born Sept. 5, 1946, to the late Charles and Mary Cutter.

Violet died on Jan. 3, 2020, after a long battle with cancer. She lived her life to the fullest, always putting God first.

The funeral service will be Friday, Jan. 11, at 11 a.m., at the St. Paul A.M.E. Church. The Rev. R.L. Palmer will be officiating.

Visitation will be begin at 10 a.m., and continue until the time of the service.
