Mrs. Martha “Mary-Alice” Carson was born on April 28, 1945. Mary-Alice was a native of Bessener, Ala., and long time resident of Bogalusa. She passed away on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019, at the age of 74, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington.

She is survived by two daughters, Terrie Ann Carson of Bogalusa, and Tammy Mechelle Spears Parker of Vancleave, Miss.; and four grandchildren, Dakota (Cody) Spears, Dustin Carson, Sarah Domingue and Matthew Domingue.

Relatives and friends of the family were invited to attend funeral services at 11 a.m., with visitation resuming at 8 a.m., on Friday, Jan. 3, at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa. Officiating was Brother Chad Jenkins. Interment immediately followed at Ponemah Cemetery in Bogalusa.

Visitation was held on Thursday, Jan. 2, from noon until 8 p.m., at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa.
