Mr. Chadrick (Chad) Allen Seal, passed away, Saturday, Dec. 21, 2019, at his home in Bogalusa, at the age of 40. Chad was a native of Hattiesburg, Miss., and lifelong resident of Bogalusa.

He was a great artist; he drew several of Bogalusa’s landmarks that are still in circulation. He also loved music, and was considered to be a great musician. He was one of the world’s biggest Raiders fans. Chad was a good-hearted person; he was willing to help anyone who needed help, and would give them the shirt off his back. Chad loved his family dearly — especially his mama — their bond was unbreakable.

Chad is survived by his mother, Linda Seal of Bogalusa; two brothers, Chuck Jarrell of Angie, and Darrell Jarrell of Angie; and one sister, Lindy Odom and her husband Shane of Huntsville, Ala. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Fredrick Seal; one brother, Phillip Jarrell; and two sisters, Penny Jarrell and Debbie Seal.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday, Dec. 28, at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa, at 2 p.m. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. and continue until the service time. Officiating will be Bro. Larry Lassley. Interment will immediately follow at Ponemah Cemetery in Bogalusa.
