Darrin Todd Spears, 47, a resident of Bogalusa, passed away at his residence on Dec. 1, 2019. Darrin was born on May 30, 1972, in Bogalusa.

Darrin is survived by his son, Zane Spears; his mother, Frances Spears; his brothers, Ronnie (Lisa) Spears and Lawler Spears and Candy; a nephew, Colby Spears; nieces, Allisa (Mesa) Mitchell and Addison Simmons; aunt, Amy (Todd) Wells; and numerous relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald E. Spears; a brother, Bruce Kevin Spears; his grandmother, Mary H. Richardson; and his grandparents, Les and Carrie Mae Spears.

A graveside memorial service celebrating Darrin’s life was held Friday, Dec. 6, at Ponemah Cemetery in Bogalusa at 2 p.m. The Rev. Marcus Rosa officiated.
