Mr. Carroll Ray Dugan passed away Thursday, Dec. 5, 2019, at his home in Bogalusa, at the age of 73 years old.

Carroll proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Roberts Dugan of Bogalusa; and one son, Doug Dugan “Frizay” of Bush.

Carroll is preceded in death by his son, Bennie L. Dugan; and his parents, George and Florence Dugan.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 14, in the chapel of Brown McGehee Funeral Home, beginning at 9 a.m. until the service time at 1 p.m. with military rites to follow, which will be conducted by American Legion Post #24.
