Mr. Willie James Chapman Jr. was born April 5, 1948, to the late Willie James Chapman Sr. and Threathia Lola Magee Chapman and he departed from his earthly house to his home in glory at the age of 71 on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, at University Hospital in New Orleans.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories: one son, Sherman Chapman of New Brunswick, N.J.; one sister, Eva Marie Chapman of Bogalusa; three grandchildren, Sherman Chapman Jr., Shermani Chapman and Seven Sir Chapman of Brunswick, N.J.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie James Chapman Sr. and Threathia Lola Magee; seven sisters, Marie Francis, Elizabeth Brown, Francis Chapman, Linda Chapman, Alice Chapman, Brenda Chapman and Emma Ratliff; and five brothers, Sagger Chapman, Richard Earl Chapman, Roland Chapman, Howard Ratliff and James Ratliff.
