Billy Ray Thomas, a native of Bogalusa and a longtime resident of Varnado, passed away at his residence in Varnado on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019 at the age of 65. He was born Nov. 4, 1953.

He is survived by his brother, William R. Thomas (Donna) of Bella Vista, Ark.; and sister, Jeanne Thomas Adams of Bogalusa. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Wesley Mae Thomas; brother, John Dewayne Thomas; and nephew, William Joseph Thomas.

Burial will be private.
