Estelle Miley

Estelle Owens Miley, born Nov. 26, 1936, went home to be with the Lord on May 17, 2018.
She was a lifelong resident of the Angie and Varnado community and she was also a member of the Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother that will be dearly missed.
She leaves behind her husband of 61 years, Luther “Luke” Miley of Angie; a son, Luther Alan and his wife Lisa of Angie; a brother, DeLoy Owens and his wife Mary of Foxworth, Miss.; four sisters, Genell Reynolds and her husband Huey of Angie, Betty Sue Miller, Tessie Burr and Dymple Seals, all of Angie; two grandchildren, Luther Alex Miley and his wife May of Angie, and Michael Alan Miley and his wife Brittney of LaCombe; and also numerous nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer Lee and Lessie Branch Owens; and three brothers-in-law, Denver Miller, Glynn Burr and Oneal Seals.
Visitation will be held at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Saturday, May 19, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., and will resume Sunday morning, May 20, after 8 a.m. until the service time at 1:30 p.m. Elder Dewayne Ball will officiate the services and will be assisted by Elder Mason Miley. The interment will follow in the Rester Cemetery in Angie.
