Earl Dyson, 63, passed away on Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, at his residence in Bogalusa. He was born on Dec. 2, 1953, in Pineville.

He is survived by his wife, Mable Penton Dyson of Bogalusa; three daughters, Jessica (Larry) Odom of Poplarville, Miss., Peggy (Aaron) Mizell of Bogalusa, and Christi (Scottie) Taylor of Crossroads, Miss.; two sisters; five brothers; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Thursday, Oct. 19, from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will continue at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, Oct. 20, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Pounds Cemetery.
