This weekend, the Bogalusa Little is hosting a 9-10 year old all-star tournament at the ballpark on Avenue U.

The event is set for today and tomorrow.

The games begin at 7 p.m. today and 1 p.m. tomorrow.

This is an opportunity for the teams to qualify for the state tournament in July. The winner of the event goes to the state tournament.

This event will bring people to Bogalusa and allow the fans to show those coming here how great this city is.

The event will also help raise funds for the Little League.

Bogalusa Little League also has two other teams. The 11-12s are competing in New Orleans for a chance to qualify for the state tournament and the 13-14s have already reached the tourney.

This weekend, go on out to the Avenue U Ballpark and support the Little League.
