The sweet Angel of Mercy moved in quietly on Nov. 22, 2015, and bore the spirit of Henry James Buckley in New Orleans.

Henry, a.k.a. “Chicken,” leaves to honor his memory: his loving, caring sister, Janice B. Pressley of Bogalusa; his godmother, Mrs. Sadie Tate of Bogalusa; godsisters, Glenda Glapion of New Orleans, Janet Godbolt of Bogalusa, Nora Augman of Bogalusa and Sherry Smith of Bogalusa; special friends, Kenneth Williams, Stephon Dillion, LaCarte Lewis, Tommy Tyson, Delester Smith and Raumond McGriggs; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ardia Mae Buckley, and J.C. and Annie Buckley.

The memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 28, at 3 p.m. at the chapel of Crain and Sons Funeral Home of Bogalusa.
