Mrs. Bobie Jene Williams Thomas, 74, of New Orleans, departed this life Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015, at Kindred Hospital in New Orleans.

She leaves to cherish her memories: a loving husband, Robert Thomas of New Orleans; two devoted daughters, Bessie Thomas of New Orleans and Catherine Thomas of New Orleans; a devoted grandson, Adam Thomas Sr. of New Orleans; a loving great-grandson, Adam Thomas Jr. of Addis; and a hot of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Bobie was preceded in death by her loving parents, Ike and Lela Williams; four brothers, L.C. Williams, Howard Williams, Robert Williams and Shelby Williams; and two sisters, Gladys Williams and Mattie Otis.

Visitation will be held Monday, Sept. 14, from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the chapel of Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Silas Thomas officiating.

Interment will be in the Bogalusa Cemetery.
