Nathan Daniels

We gather to celebrate the life of Nathan “Speedball” Daniels, the son of Helen Hart-Daniels and the late Nathaniel Daniels. He was born July 1, 1941, in Columbia, Miss., and departed this life Aug. 18, 2015, at Kindred Hospital in New Orleans.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Helen Hart-Daniels; two daughters, Debra Ann Daniels-Ard and Helen Ann Daniels of Osyka, Miss.; eight sons, Curtis Daniels, James (Linda) Daniels, John (Tundaria) Daniels, Dennis Daniels, David Daniels, all of Osyka, Robert (Adrienne) Daniels of Niceville, Fla., and Tyler (Melinda)Magee of Houston; two sisters, Jeardine Daniels-Sparks of New Orleans and Jacqueline Daniels of Franklinton; three brothers; Melvin and Jerry Daniels of Franklinton, and Leanon Daniels of Syracuse, N.Y.; 27 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Nathaniel Daniels; three brothers, Jural, Charles, and Larry Daniels; one sister, Anevenet Daniels-Johnson; one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
