Raymond Bell, age 71, a resident of Atlanta and a former resident of New Orleans, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015, in the Atlanta Medical Hospital in Atlanta.

Visitation will be Friday, Aug. 7, 2015, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., with the funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Franklinton.
