The Bogalusa Chamber of Commerce’s ninth annual Saints Raffle is taking place a Yoyo’s on Louisiana  Avenue Aug. 3.

Tickets are $25.
The drawing is scheduled for 6 p.m.
The event helps raise money for the chamber.
“At the moment, I’ve only got about 170 tickets turned in (as of Thursday morning), so hopefully, the sales bounce up between now and Monday night,” Chamber Director Marilyn Bateman said.
The winner of the New Orleans Saints tickets receives two club-level season tickets for the 2015 regular season home games. Playoff tickets are not included with the winning raffle ticket.
The tickets are in section 315, row 17, seats 19 and 20.
The raffle winner also gets parking passes for the each game.
“We’ve had local people that have won,” Bateman said. “These were the last two club seats available when we purchased these tickets for the raffle. It’s also nice because of the parking pass that goes with it.”
The Saints are coming off of a tough 7-9 season. Despite the record, New Orleans was competitive throughout the season. Half of those games were decided by seven points or fewer. The Saints went 2-6 in those contests.
New Orleans opens the preseason with a game Aug. 13 on the road against Baltimore. The Saints play the next two preseason games at home Aug. 22 and 30 against the New England Patriots and Houston Texans, respectively.
They close out preseason on the road against Green Bay Sept. 3.
The regular season opener is Sept. 13 on the road against the Arizona Cardinals.
New Orleans plays its home opener Sept. 20 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with kickoff set for noon.
