John Lee Dyess, a resident of Bogalusa, age 33, born on July 29, 1981, in Bogalusa passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015, at St. Francis Hospital in Monroe.
He is survived by his father, Shelton Dyess; one brother, Mark (Bridget) Dyess; one sister, Becky Dyess (Nick) Part; three nieces, Madelyn Dyess, Cadence Dyess and Anna Claire Part; and four nephews, Peyton Dyess, Brantley Dyess, Tripp Willard and Brayden Part.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carroll Ann Waltman Dyess.
Memorial services will be held at Superior Avenue Baptist Church on Saturday, July 25, 2015, at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Clay Norwood officiating.
