Janice Stogner Miller was born Jan. 22, 1957, and went to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus on June 8, 2015, when she received her healing from cancer.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Kenneth Miller; her children, Wendi (C.C.) Presson, Wade Miller (fiancé Julie) and Amanda Miller; her grandchildren, Morgan, Courtney, Mason, Eli, Danielle, Jude, Naomi, Gianna, James, Emma, Grace, Alli and soon-to-be-born Rhett; her sister, Sharon (Dempsey) Conerly; a great-aunt, Mary LaFleur; her mother-in-law, Lillie Hodges; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollin and Wilda Stogner; and a sister, Beverly Wyers.

She was a faithful member of Monroe Street Baptist Church all of her life and served where needed.

Visitation was at Brown-McGhee Funeral Home June 9, 2015, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and continued on June 10, 2015, at 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with services beginning at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Chad Jenkins officiating. The interment was at Hillview Cemetery.

The pallbearers included Jason Conerly, Gerald Fiorello, Josh Hammond, Sean Wyers, Steven Hodges and Randy Miller.
