Dorothy Rawls Milton, age 86, born on Jan. 7, 1929, in Pine, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2015, at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa.

She was a member of Westside Emmanuel Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Dan Milton of Bogalusa; a son, Chris Lloyd of Bogalusa; four grandchildren, Toni Lloyd Willis, Dana Lloyd Hebert, Blake Lloyd and Amanda Lloyd; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Larry Lloyd; her parents, Christopher Columbus Rawls and Mary Breland Rawls; and seven brothers and sisters.

Visitation was held at Westside Emmanuel Baptist Church on Monday, May 25, 2015, from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Visitation continued at Westside Emmanuel Baptist Church on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Marcus Rosa officiating. Interment followed at Hillview Memorial Gardens.
