Stephanie Marie Wells, age 38, born on Sept. 9, 1976, in Bogalusa, died on Monday, April 6, 2015, in Bogalusa.

She is survived by one daughter, Caitlyn Thomas; two sons, Joshua Thomas and River Thomas; her parents, David and Margaret Wells; one sister, Wendy Perette; one brother, D.A. Wells and a grandchild, Daylan Purvis all of Bogalusa.

There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. at Ponemah Cemetery on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, with the Rev. Bennett Mullins officiating.
