Frank Tildon Burge, age 63, born on April 5, 1952, in Newington, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at his residence in Bogalusa.

Frank was a veteran and served in the United States Marine Corp.

He is survived by four daughters, Dana Nicholson, Deanna “Sissy” Burge, Kristan Burge and Kayla Myres all of Bogalusa; one son, Jonathan (Emma) Burge of Bogalusa; two sisters, Ann Young (Willie) Harris of Angie and Lydia (Zack) Alvarado of Auburn, Ala.; four brothers, Willie Burge of Auburn, Ala., John Burge of Bogalusa, Clyde Burge of Tumwater, Wash., and Sonny (Lisa) Burge of Biloxi, Miss.; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Hope Thibodaux.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Meagan Burge; and by his parents, Garland Burge and Annie Ruth Drew Burge.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Friday, April 10, 2015, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The funeral services will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Kennedy Cemetery.
