It took a week to happen, but the first baby of 2015 was finally born at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa on Jan. 7 at 4:56 p.m. Olivia Ann McElveen came into the world weighing 7 pounds, 7 ounces. She was 20 inches long. Her mother is Kristin McElveen, her grandparents are Stacie McElveen,  Donavan McElveen and Mike Vanover, and her great-grandparents are Gaylon McElveen and Sheila and David Falterman.
