Linzy Williams, age 68 and a resident of Covington, departed this life on Jan. 12, 2015.

Linzy leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Katherine Williams; one daughter, Linshanda Brumfield; four sisters, Willie B. Hart (Talmadge), Almeta Magee (Calvin), Sarah Williams and Marsha Heisser (Leroy); and two brothers, Larry Williams (Lynn) and Charles Williams (Doris).

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Deacon Willie and Sis. Beatrice Williams; and three brothers, Willie Jr., John Willie and Ernest Williams.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., with the funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. at Midway Church of Christ Holiness in Folsom, with Elder Leroy Divinity Jr. officiating. Interment will be held in the Folsom Community Cemetery in Folsom.
