Richard A Hathorne, born May 3, 1958, a resident of Bogalusa, passed away on Nov. 28, 2014. Two sons, Micah Hathorne of Bush and Kyle McMillan of Angie, and one daughter, Crystal Puissegur of Bush, survive him. He is also survived by two brothers, Randy Sandifer and Johnny Pounds; grandchildren, Jacob, Joseph, Aiden and Ava Hathorne, Gage Cooper, Logan Puissegur, Taylor and Kyra McMillan and Taylor Branch; aunts; uncles; and numerous nieces and nephews. His son, Dustin Hathorne Jones, his parents, Jessie and Myra Nell Pounds, and his grandparents, Clinton and Mary Smith Hathorne, preceded him in death.

There will be a memorial service at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 280 Mt. Pleasant Lane in Bogalusa, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014.
