We hope everybody had a happy and safe Thanksgiving yesterday.

Now that we are just one day removed from the Thanksgiving feast, Christmas is upon us.

Today is known around the country as Black Friday.

It’s one of the biggest shopping days of the year. People all around the country are heading to stores, looking for those great deals to help make this a memorable and enjoyable holiday season.

It’s also one of the biggest profit days for businesses.

We encourage everybody to keep the money in Washington Parish and shop local. Washington Parish is filled with plenty of great places where you can get your Christmas shopping done to help fill those stockings and the area under the tree to make it a great holiday season for all.
