Gloria Alford Hyde, age 80, passed away Nov. 21, 2014, at Highland Community Hospital in Picayune, Miss. She was a resident of Bogalusa and member of Pine First Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, Walter Greg Alford (JoAnn) of Baton Rouge; one daughter, Donna Sue Crain (Donnie) of Bogalusa; three grandchildren, Chad Crain, Jennifer Seal and Amy Jones; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Middleton; and her parents, Roy and Zoe Hennesey Middleton.

Visitation will be held in the chapel of Brown-Mcgehee Funeral Home on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014, from 6 until 8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday, Nov. 24, 2014, from 8 a.m. until time for services in the chapel at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Ponemah Cemetery. The Rev. David Easterling will officiate.
