Hulene Y. McKinley was born May 26, 1925, and departed this life on Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, at her residence.

Hulene was a lifetime resident of Bogalusa. She moved away in her younger years. Later in life she returned to Bogalusa.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014, at Crain and Sons Funeral Home, 809 E. Third St. in Bogalusa from noon until 2 p.m.

She will be missed by a host of cousins and friends.

She leaves to cherish her memories Tammy Brumfield Peters and her family; and a special friend, Joyce Cole and her family.

The family extends a very special thank you to Wendy O’Quin Perrette and Patrick Ezell and all the neighbors of Second Avenue.
