Betty Jo Thomas Breath, age 76, passed away Nov. 11, 2014, at her residence in Bogalusa. She was a member of Edgewood Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Charles “Charlie” Breath; one son, Randall “Randy” Stewart (Debby) of Bogalusa; a daughter, Debbie Stewart (Joe) Dunaway of Bogalusa; one sister, Nora Thomas Byrd of the Isabel Community; grandchildren, Dustin Thigpen, Alma T. (Andy) Jones, Richelle T. (Chad) Helton, Alana Dunaway (Johnny) Pierce, Amy Dunaway (Bobby) Kennedy; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Clifton Stewart; parents, Dave and Leta Haley Thomas; brothers, Vernon Thomas, David Thomas, Royce Thomas and H. P. Thomas; and sisters Edith T. Duprey, Veda T. Vaughn and Ouida Thomas.

There will be a private family memorial service held at a later date.
