Perrette wins most votes, faces Mizell in December

Bogalusa Mayoral candidate Wendy O’Quin Perrette, center, looks at the polling numbers from Tuesday’s General Election with Kim Wagner, left, and Darryl Peterson at Maria’s Restaurant. Perrette garnered 45.1 percent of the vote, or 1,496 votes. Incumbent Mayor Charles Mizell had 1,066 votes for 32.2 percent. They will be in the Dec. 6 runoff.
