Kelvin Earl Talley passed away on Monday, Sept. 15, 2014, at the age of 54. He was a native of St. Tammany Parish and resident of Sun.

He was the beloved son of Ora Lee Williams Talley and the late Pompey G. Talley; brother of Frankie G. Talley, Jeannine Talley Puhlman, Erbin E. Talley, and Frances A. Talley Kent and nephew of Charles Williams and Telitha Williams Talley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, at 2 p.m. Visitation will be from noon until service time.
