Class of 2014 gets ready for graduation ceremonies

Graduation time has arrived for the class of 2014.
Bowling Green School’s 33 graduates will receive their diplomas Thursday, May 8, at 6 p.m., with the ceremony to be held in the school gymnasium.
Commencement for Varnado High’s 60 graduates will take place Thursday at 7 p.m. in the school gym.
That night at 7:30 p.m., graduation ceremonies will be held at Pine High, which has 74 graduates. The ceremony will be at the football stadium, weather permitting.
In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved to the gym.
Pine’s High’s project grad event will be held in the gym following graduation.
Graduation at Franklinton High, which has 199 graduates this year, will be Friday, May 9, at 7 p.m., in Demon stadium, weather permitting.
In case of bad weather, the ceremony will be moved to the gym.
Project Grad, organized by the graduates’ parents, will take place at the Franklinton Country Club following graduation.
Mt. Hermon School’s 18 graduates have their commencement exercises Saturday, May 10, at 10 a.m. in the school gym. Awards will be presented during graduation.
An honors night for Bogalusa High’s graduates will take place Tuesday, May 13 at 7 p.m. in the school auditorium. Graduation will be Thursday, May 15 at 8 p.m. in the football stadium, weather permitting.
In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the auditorium.
The school has about 115 graduates, pending final exam results.
A Project Grad will be held after graduation.
The five graduates at Faith Tabernacle Christian Academy will have their commencement that Thursday at 7 p.m. in Faith Tabernacle Church, with awards to be presented during graduation.
Ben’s Ford Christian School’s graduation will take place Tuesday, May 20 at 7 p.m. in the school gym, and awards will be presented during the ceremony.
The school has 20 graduating seniors.
