HART

Kendrick Hart, born May 17, 1975, departed this life Tuesday, April 1, 2014.

He married the love of his life, Kendra Scott, on Oct. 8, 2005. 


He leaves to cherish his loving memories, his wife, Kendra V. Hart of Chalmette; one daughter, Keira Hart of Westwego; one stepson, Algin Works Jr. of Chalmette; his mother, Bronice Marie Jefferson Hart of Houston, and father, Alton (Sandra) Hart of Bogalusa; one sister, Nadia Jefferson of Houston; one stepsister, Jalisa Peters of New Orleans; two brothers, Kevin D. Hart of Westwego and James Hart of Atlanta; two stepbrothers, Darrick Peters and James Peters, both of Bogalusa; four aunts, Mildred Causey, Mary E. Partman and Gloria Dean Hart, all of Fran0klinton, and Katherine Warren of New Orleans; four uncles, Otis (Janice) Hart, Walter Jefferson and Alvin (Mary Nell) Hart, all of Franklinton; Royan Hart of New Orleans; two special nieces, Ja’Niyah Slaughter of Bogalusa and Michelle Clayton.


He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Myrtle and Oscar Hart and Thelma and Helbert Jefferson.
 


The funeral service will be Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa, with the Rev. Christine Simmons officiating and the Rev. Teri Ruzi as eulogist. Interment will be held in the Bogalusa Cemetery.
